What's included
Every replacement, done to spec
- Complete tear-off — old material hauled off in our own dump trailers, nails swept with magnets.
- Deck inspection — rotten or damaged sheathing replaced before anything goes back on.
- Ice & water shield and underlayment — critical protection for Inland Northwest winters.
- New flashing and pipe boots — we don't reuse tired flashing on a new roof.
- Architectural shingles — installed to manufacturer spec so the warranty actually holds.
- Proper ventilation — ridge and box vents set up to prevent ice dams and extend shingle life.
